Partner Information

We welcome two types of partners:

1. Licensed Lawyers & Attorneys – Authorized to practice law in their jurisdiction and able to handle legal matters, including litigation where necessary.
    
2. Non-Lawyer Partner Advocates – Professionals in mediation, negotiation, advocacy, compliance, investigation, translation, or other relevant fields.
    
   • Important: Non-lawyer partners must never take on litigation cases and must clearly inform clients that they are not authorized to represent them in court.
      

We believe in the value of lived experience, communication skills, and integrity over formal credentials.

• No high academic qualification is required to join.
   
• All applicants must have a clean criminal background and the ability to read and write at a Grade 12 equivalent Level.

Once approved and made a Partner, you will have the option to operate as your own independent contractor while using the name, letterhead, and logo of Advocates International LLP.

All partners must:

• Represent the firm with respect, decorum, and professionalism.
   
• Keep service fees affordable and reasonable according to the client’s finances and the laws of their jurisdiction.
   
• Non-lawyer partners may not charge more than their (country's currency) of $50 per hour, and must work under a clear pay-per-session contractual agreement that eliminates hidden or surprise fees.
   
• Recognize and respect that Advocates International LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), and use the title of Partner accordingly.
